Freaky Family Fun, Days Five Through Seven

Land of 10,000 Lakes (or 11,843 lakes to be precise).

Home to Mall of America.

And lederhosen.

On Days Five and Six, DSH and my Oregonian brother-in-law met up with us.

Day Seven – We decided that a quick 200 mile round trip to Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, to the Leinenkugel Brewing Company would be a nice way to spend a hot day!  Someone may or may not have fainted from the heat during the tour.

Someone (aka Mama) may have answered the quiz question correctly at the end of the tour to win a spiffy Summer Shandy key ring.

Someone may have taught the teenagers the proper belly up to the bar technique.

Diane and David were our hosts.

For Freaky Family Fun in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and at The Leinie Lodge.

If you ever need a travel companion let me know. You know how to have fun on vacation. I love reading all of your stories. Looks like you were able cheer up your brother in law (David).

It hasn’t been smooth all the way as we all get used to “living” with each other under such close circumstances. The time changes have been challenging because we all get hungry at different times and traveling with teenagers can be “interesting” at times. I’m enjoying the time with my sister and her kids though!
