Interesting! I might have to give that one a try. I have a murder mystery series set in Dublin that I’d like to recommend – it’s ‘trashy romance novel meets murder mystery’ – The Fever Series, Karen Marie Moning.

I must have borrowed the first book and bought the rest because when i went to reread them again I was highly frustrated to not find the first book. If you read it and like it, I’ve got the rest!

Some of the descriptions in Faithful Place actually reminded me of descriptions in Angela’s Ashes by Frank McCourt. I’m currently slogging my way through Dostoevsky. Feel like I have to read at least one of his novels before I die.

I just finished that book, Theresa. It was really good, I couldn’t put it down.
