My family loves homemade pizza. I have spent a lot of time perfecting my dough recipe. I use a pizza stone, and our homemade pizzas come as close as you can get, I think, to good pizza parlor pizzas.
One of our favorite little family restaurants serves a Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and this is our family’s version. If you like Buffalo Chicken hot wings, you will love this pizza.
Preheat your oven to 450° F. Roll out your pizza dough and allow to rest while you’re preparing the sauce.
Melt the butter with the hot sauce over low heat.
Spread about 1/2 of the sauce over the pizza dough.
Toss the other 1/2 of the sauce with the diced chicken.
Spread the chicken over the top of the sauce.
Top the pizza with the cheeses.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes (or according to your pizza dough recipe instructions).
Yummy!
Buffalo Chicken Pizza Serves 2 to 4 Ingredients: Prepare your favorite pizza dough recipe or use Theresa’s Pizza Dough recipe which makes enough for three pizzas.  This recipe makes one pizza. Preheat oven to 450° F (or according to your pizza dough recipe instructions). Roll out pizza dough and place into your favorite pizza pan. While dough is resting, place the hot sauce and butter into a small saucepan and heat over medium low heat until the butter is melted. Spread 1/2 of this sauce over the pizza dough.  Toss the chicken chunks in the remainder of the sauce until well coated and spread these over the top of the pizza. Top with grated mozzarella or Italian cheeses of choice. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or according to your pizza dough recipe instructions.
