I made a couple chickens in crock pots the other day. Here’s what I made with 2 cups of some of the diced white meat. This is a recipe from some friends from high school. Friends who are twins.
We went to a Trivia Night together last fall. Can you guess which two are the twins?
I love chicken salad. I love chicken salad on croissants. I have been making this chicken salad for years. It’s a good one.
Cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Catalina dressing, celery, almonds, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix the cooked, diced chicken, mayonnaise, and Catalina dressing together and refrigerate.
Immediately before serving, add celery, almonds, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
Chicken Salad on Croissant Sandwich.
Yummy.
Bredeck Twins Chicken Salad Makes 4 sandwiches 2 cups cooked chicken Combine first 3 ingredients and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Immediately before serving add celery and almonds. Add paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well. Serve immediately.
1 cup mayonnaise
2 TB Catalina or spicy French dressing
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Paprika to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
